Equipment

Body Forte is fully equipped with beautiful Balanced Body equipment. All Pilates classes are done using the Pilates Apparatus. This includes: EXO chairs, Reformers, Towers, Spine Correctors and a Trapeze Table as well as other props ( foam rollers, balls and bands). The Pilates apparatus is very versatile and can be tailored to create a gentle, pain free movement experience or an extremely challenging one. The Pilates apparatus is used for classes, privates and Physical Therapy.
